Hi! I’m Annie.

Thank you for being here!

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (#28776) currently practicing out of Jackson, Wyoming. This land rests on traditional village sites of the Shoshone, Bannock, Blackfoot, Crow, Gros Ventre, Nez Perce, and Northern Arapaho peoples, who have called the Teton Valley home for countless generations.

My approach to healing blends intuitive bodywork with subtle energy work to support the body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in deeply nurturing, custom sessions that combine Swedish and deep tissue massage with elements of Shiatsu, energetic balancing, and Reiki, depending on what is needed and requested by the client. Each session is guided by presence, listening, and a deep respect for the intelligence of the body.

I received my Reiki I and II attunements in 2018 from Jacqueline Sullivan in Massachusetts, and later received my Reiki Master attunement and teacher training with Jett Koda in Portland, Oregon. That same year, I also received my bodywork training from the Oregon School of Massage, where my studies emphasized Eastern and energetic bodywork techniques.

In 2019, I began working as an apprentice and community organizer with Jai Medina (pictured below with the 2024-2025 Healing the Wounded Healer cohort), a two-spirit shamanic practitioner of Mexica ancestry from South Texas and Mexico. Jai’s work, which seeks to re-weave ancient indigenous wisdom for the modern world, has deeply influenced my practice. My healing path is also deeply informed by my Irish ancestry.

My practice is grounded in the belief that healing is both sacred and deeply personal. I aim to create a supportive, inclusive space for clients to reconnect with themselves —physically, emotionally, and energetically — through the healing power of touch.

Whether you’re seeking relief from physical tension, chronic pain, emotional stress, or energetic disconnection, I offer a holistic, heart-centered approach to care. If you're ready to explore your own healing journey, or if you would like to learn more, I would love for you to reach out —I would be honored to connect and support you on your path!
